Eau Zone Divers Terms and Conditions

1. Once a booking has been made you are committed. If you are in any doubt as to whether you will be able to make the dates we strongly suggest you take out insurance to cover cancellation.

2. As all bookings are group bookings all cancellations are liable for the whole amount outstanding unless a replacement can be found.

3. You are responsible for your own transport to and from dive locations. If you share transport you will be expected to contribute to fuel costs.

4. You may only dive within the limitations of your certification. Further training must be sought if you wish to extend these limits or dive in conditions that differ from those you were trained in.

5. You must use a redundant air source (pony bottle or twinset) for all dives over 30m.

6. All divers must carry and know how to use a delayed surface marker buoy & reel when diving from a boat.

7. Dive Instructors may not teach any member or previous members of EZ Divers at any level unless approved by The Eau Zone.

8. Under 18s are welcome, however, neither The Eau Zone nor other EZ Divers members are responsible for them.

I agree to abide by all decisions made by The Eau Zone and by the rules of all pools, dive sites and vessels which I might use as a member of Eau Zone Divers. I am a certified diver and I thoroughly understand the hazards of scuba diving including those hazards occurring during travel to & from the dive site by boat or other vessel. By signing this release I certify that I am fully aware of and expressly assume all risks involved in making dives whether as a recreational dive, technical dive or as part of a diving class. I understand and agree that neither Viktoria Batten, Martin Robson, The Eau Zone, EAU2 or their staff, the crew or owner of any vessel may be held responsible in any way for any occurrence on any dive trip which may result in personal injury, property damage, wrongful death or other damage to me, or my family, heirs or assigns that may occur as a result of my participation in scuba dives whilst I am a member of EZ Divers, or as a result of negligence of any party whether passive or active. I will dive within the limits of my diving certification and experience at all times. I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this liability release, or have obtained the written consent of my parent or guardian. I understand that membership of EZ Divers is at the discretion of The Eau zone and may be revoked at any time for any reason.
