St Martins, isles of
Scilly
11th - 18th May 2008 -
£450* per person
The Scillies are low lying islands just
off the South West corner of England and have been a navigation
nightmare for hundreds of years. There are numerous shipwrecks from
archaeological sites with canons, to The CITA a container ship sunk
in the 1990s and now one of many great wreck dives. This is also a
chance to dive some of the most scenic and colourful dives in the
UK. Beautiful Reefs surround the islands, soft corals, anemones and
even hard corals cover the rocks in great swathes of colour. Bring a
camera to capture the scenery and show the folks back home that
there’s more to UK diving than muddy inland lakes! This is a great
place to get some Uk diving experience. It is possible to dive in a
wetsuit (the skipper does) but we recommend that you use a drysuit
for increased comfort and warmth.

Dive with the
seals! They are very playful especially at this time of year. They
love brightly coloured things & fins. Despite their size and
strength they are very gentle and it is always a treat to be in the
water with them.

*For a group of 9. For a group of 8 the cost
will be £475 each. For a group of 7 the cost will be £500 each. The
cost includes Ferry from Penzance to St Mary's & from St Mary's to
St Martin's, container to transport equipment, self-catering
accommodation, 6 days boat diving and air fills. Transport to
Penzance is not included but we usually try to share cars to
minimise costs. Sorry, there are no refunds if you miss a days
diving.
